At 8:30, our bikes and tour guide will be eagerly waiting to pick you up from your hotel, marking the beginning of the Hue Cooking Class adventure. We'll embark on a scenic bike ride to the enchanting countryside of Thanh Thuy Chanh village, navigating through picturesque duck farms, meandering canals, charming local family temples, and expansive rice fields. The journey promises not only culinary delights but also a immersive experience into the rustic beauty of the Vietnamese countryside.
On the way, you will enjoy the local market and the daily life of local people crossing the zigzag riding path of the village.
At around 10h00: We Arrive at Thanh Toan Bridge – a truly unique ancient bridge in central Vietnam. To understand more about the farming works, we will visit Thanh Toan Museum with a wide variety of agricultural tools exhibited to explain the details of Vietnamese farming life and local culture.
At 10:15, a unique adventure awaits as we engage in rowing a traditional fishing boat with a local villager on the Nhu Y River. This immersive experience allows you to appreciate the spectacular views and witness firsthand the simplicity of the tools used in traditional fishing, including fishing traps and casting nets. For those inclined, there's an opportunity to try your hand at fish-catching under the expert guidance of the locals, adding an interactive and memorable element to your journey.
Return to our local farmer's house, where you can leisurely stroll through the vibrant vegetable garden featuring a variety of produce cultivated by the skilled local farmers. Discover an assortment of vegetables and fruit trees, including Malabar spinach, gourd, fiber melon, winter melon, and fig, among others.
By 12:00, immerse yourself in a hands-on cooking class, delving into the traditional methods of preparing and cooking Hue specialties such as fig salad with shrimp and meat, pancake, or spring roll. Following the lesson, relish the fruits of your labor as you savor the dishes you've personally crafted, alongside some other delectable local specialties.
Around 14h00: We ride back to your hotel and we finish the Hue Cooking Class Tour.

- Fig / Young Jackfruit / Banana flower salad with shrimp and pork (cooking class).
- Hue Spring rolls / Hue rice pancakes / Beo cake / Loc cake (cooking class).
